Is there a minimum number of required devices?

No, we have created this service to be accessible to anyone. Start with 1 endpoint at a friendly price!

Can you see my screen without my permission?

There are two answers to this question – yes and no. Technically, yes we could override the consent prompt to view your screen. However, you will always see a banner when we are connected, and our policy is to always require consent on connection. The only time that we would override this is if you have explicitly asked us to remotely connect to your device when you are not present at the device. This is true of all IT Support providers, whether they disclose this or not. We would never connect to your device without your permission, and all access attempts are stored in an audit log on our system.

What do you provide support for?

This is a break-fix service. This means that we can only provide support for broken elements of your operating system. We are unable to provide assistance for ‘changes’, such as a change to the view or appearance of something. Our policy is to help where we can, but we provide this on a best-effort basis, and we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate all requests. This is also true for Third-Party Applications if we do not support them. We will discuss this with you when we perform your onboarding.
