Do I need a University email to redeem?
Yes, you will need a University email address ending in .ac.uk, and have ready access to it (email verification required) to redeem this offer.
Can I have multiple Student Plans?
Yes, you can have up to 5 discounted plans with us – including web hosting, email hosting and VPS hosting.
How long is the discount active for?
The student discount persists for the duration of your studies. We will ask you to re-verify your student email address every 12 months. Once your course ends, we will switch you to a standard plan.
Do you offer more plans than shown above?
We don’t offer any packaged plans other than those shown above. However, we’re happy to hear from you if you have custom requirements, and we’ll try our best to accommodate these.
Do you have an age limit?
Yes – all paying customers of our services must be 18 years of age or older. Students under the age of 18 years of age will not be able to complete registration. Proof of Identification may be required during the registration process.
Do you offer an annual plan?
Not currently. We will, however, consider any requests for annual payment if this is your preference. Simply open a billing case with us.
