The UK is progressing with their SoGEA and Fibre rollouts, and with the upcoming PSTN switch-off, many are left paying through the roof for their landline, even if they don’t use their broadband. We’ve heard of elderly residents receiving renewal quotes from their ISPs and they’ve been forced onto a broadband and VoIP package at more than double the price they used to pay. We’ve got a solution for you.
Our solution provides you with a VoIP Router which is powered over 4G. This 4G Solution is optimised for VoIP traffic and has a failover service, roaming between three major UK networks (Vodafone, O2 and Three). The router will arrive pre-configured for you to plug your existing telephone(s) into. The provided Zarro SIM Card does not have an internet breakout, so the internet cannot be used on this package. It is a landline-only package. This package is suitable for those who do not use broadband but want to keep their existing phone line without paying extortionate rates.

Can I opt for a Broadband and Telephony Package?
Yes absolutely – you can choose to opt for 4G Broadband, or SoGEA/FTTP Broadband. Please contact us with your requirements and we can sort out the perfect package for you.
Is this suitable for emergency calling?
Thanks to the failover between 4G Networks, our landline-only packages are far more resilient compared to typical landline and broadband packages. However, if you do not have a mobile in the house and are relying on your landline for 999 calls, then please note that this service is still subject to outages if you lose power. Please contact us before ordering if this is a concern, as we may be able to offer solutions.
The 4G coverage in my area is poor, will this still work?
In most areas, this solution will work perfectly, even if you usually have limited 4G coverage. The service roams between three major UK networks, so even if you don’t get good coverage on your usual mobile network, this service will find the best coverage in the area. Telephony packets are also very small and don’t require a lot of bandwidth. We will check coverage in your area before processing your order, so we will flag any issues with you.
What calls are included in this package?
On the Endless Chatter plan, you can make unlimited calls to UK Mobiles and UK Landlines with the 01, 02, 03 and 07 prefix. If you intend to make calls to other numbers or international calling, please note that these are out-of-bundle and will be charged per minute.
I get lots of scam calls, can you stop this?
Our Landline Only packages by default allow all inbound calls. However, if you notice that you’re receiving lots of spam calls, you can either contact us with the numbers and we can block them from calling you, or we can enable Fraud Prevention on your line. We do not enable this by default as it may block numbers that you wish to receive calls from.
Can I keep my existing number?
Absolutely! We just need to know your existing provider and get a copy of a recent bill so that we can begin the porting process. Please note that there is a £15 one-off charge for number ports.
